"Oskan, which in Swedish means "storm," is not the expression of a climatic event here, but rather an expression of the tension of the soul, or even feelings of revolt. This pressure is emphasized by successive major sevenths, rhythmic contractions and chromatic motifs.
In the middle of the piece a peaceful climate takes over, the music becomes dreamy, but the atmosphere remains dark and heavy, before the return of torments, violence and devastating lightning in cascades."
