  • This edition consist of a score and solo (live) clarinet part. 

    The work is scored for solo clarinet and taped or live clarinet ensemble. When New York Counterpoint is performed with soloist and pre-recorded audio, the soloist should be amplified so that their volume and timbre fit properly within the recorded audio.

    The ensemble consists of 7 B-flat clarinets and 3 bass clarinets (with one bass part doubling on B-flat). Pre-recorded performance audio or clarinet ensemble parts are available from the Hendon Music/Boosey & Hawkes Rental Library.
