This is the 1929 suite extracted from the 1927 ballet. Compared to the ballet, the suite eliminates nos. IV, VII, and VIII (and makes other changes).
The suite contains the following movements:

III. Charleston [VI from ballet, with repeat added for bars 43-80]
IV. Final [nos. IX and X from ballet]
