For the Andantino movement, the publisher indicates a duration of 2.5 minutes, which would suggest a metronome marking of approximately quarter = 46. Even considering that instruments may have potential technical limitations that require slight changes in tempo compared to the original instrumentation, this is far slower than piano recordings' tempi of around quarter=72—80.
The publisher indicates for the Étude movement a duration of 2.25 minutes, which would imply a metronome marking of approximately half-note=69, where piano recordings suggest a tempo of half-note=90—100. -
