I am particularly interested in such compositional 'materials\" as irregular metrical groupings, modal writing, or the use of unisons in orchestration etc., characteristic of Messiaen's techniques.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eDances du Loo\u003c\/em\u003e was written in the Summer of 2018, during a heat wave. The Loo is a hot (45° to 50\u003cspan\u003e°C\u003c\/span\u003e), dry wind that blows over northern India.
